Casino Razz SideBet
The Casino Razz Side bet has been invented by Stephen Au Yeung and is available on Ezugi Live Casino hold’em tables.
The side bet uses the Players cards and the first three flop cards from the community cards to form a five-card hand.
The side bet pays on low-value hands.
If the 5 card hand has a maximum of Jack High, the payout would be 2:1.
If the high card is a six, the payout is 25:1, while a low straight of A-2-3-4-5 pays a whopping 50:1 and if this is suited it pays 200:1!
The side bet remains active even if the main hand has lost or is folded.

Casino Razz Side Bet RTP
The RTP for the Casino RAzz side bet is 95.02%, which isn’t great.
But you must remember this side bet pays on hands you’d normally lose it.
Is There a Strategy for Playing the Casino Razz Side Bet?
This is a really good question, as this Side bet remains active even if you’ve folded your hand after seeing the flop. So there is no strategy as such, other than playing the side bet in the first place.
To flop a winning Casino Razz hand is difficult, as the RTP would suggest.
My advice, as with all side bets is to play them if you have:
- enough bankroll to ride out the losses.
- the bankroll to have some extra fun, without it impacting your main hand play.
Where Can you Play the Casino Razz Side Bet?
The bet is available at Ezugi Live Casinos, where the operator has enabled the bet.
